Move with purpose. Move together. Move for women’s heart and vascular health!

The Wear Red Canada Movement Challenge is a national campaign inviting people across Canada to get moving, raise awareness, and help drive meaningful change for women’s heart and vascular health.

When: Between February 13 and 28, 2026

Choose Your Challenge*
Pick one movement goal to complete during the challenge period:

  • 5 km
  • 10 km
  • 30 minutes of movement
  • 60 minutes of movement

Where: Anywhere! Outside in the winter air, inside at home, at the gym, on the trails, in the pool, or wherever movement fits into your day. Every step, stretch, and minute adds up!

How You Move: Running, walking, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, yoga, dancing, or something entirely your own. Choose what feels good and keeps you moving.

Tip: You can break your challenge into smaller sessions and add them together to reach your total.

*You only need to complete your selected challenge once between February 13 and 28. Want to do it more than once? Go for it!
