We will embed best practice principles of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion within the standard practices of the CWHHA.
We will empower, engage, and encourage our persons with lived experience and community advocate members to participate in all activities within the CWHHA.
We will ensure our culture is built on collaboration, teamwork, trust, equality, respect and ongoing learning.
We will ensure that we all have a voice within the CWHHA to amplify our efforts to improve cardiovascular health outcomes for women.
We will ensure the sustainability of the CWHHA by scaling existing work with emphasis on recruiting, engaging, and training the next generation of members.
We will promote and facilitate meaningful engagement for all members by reducing barriers and meeting them where they are, while embracing differences and fostering respect for all.
