Curious about how #AI is being used in healthcare, and how your lived experience can make a difference?
For #HeartFailureAwarenessWeek, TRANSFORM HF, the Heart Hub, and T-CAIREM are co-hosting an interactive workshop for patients, caregivers, and family members who want to learn more about AI research.
Hear from Konrad Samsel (AI Researcher) and Todd Murray (Patient Partner) about how AI research projects are developed and how people with lived experience (PWLE) can meaningfully contribute to them.
You can expect to explore:
✔️ Why AI is being used in healthcare and what it looks like in practice
✔️ Important considerations like bias, privacy, and safety
✔️ How PWLE can shape more relevant, patient-centered research
