Definitions
Trainee: Includes undergraduate, master’s, PhD and medical students, postdoctoral fellows, residents and fellows.
People with lived and living experience (PWLLE): Includes people living with heart disease, stroke and/or vascular conditions, as well as family members, friends and other informal carers who support them.
Cancellation Deadline and Fee
By registering for this Summit, you agree to the outlined terms and conditions. Refunds, less an administrative charge, will be issued for cancellations received in writing by January 31, 2027. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after this date. Only cancellations received in writing at admin@cwhha.ca will be processed.
