In my current role as Clinical Executive Director of the Cardiac Care Program at Horizon Health Network, I lead strategic initiatives that expand surgical capacity, reduce wait times, and improve patient outcomes across New Brunswick.

As a Doctor of Nursing candidate at the University of Toronto, my research focuses on the experiences of nurse leaders during the COVID-19 pandemic and explores interventions to support them in high-pressure, post-pandemic acute care settings.
