Christina Stuwe was born and raised in Calgary, Canada. She is married and has a son. Her work has been in the financial industry for a few decades helping families with their finances. She has public speaking experience and is using her people skills to pass on her message about women’s heart health. As a woman with lived experience, she has been able and continues to share her knowledge with Canadian heart studies and other organizations. Christina has also been featured on Global and CTV News, and the Sunday Night Health Show on radio and online. She is currently a member of the Canadian Women’s Heart Health Alliance, was a spokesperson for the 2023 Heart & Stroke heart campaign and is now author of her first book. Most recently she was nominated for the King Charles III Coronation Medal for her continuous advocacy over the last few years.
