Sharon Mulvagh MD, FRCPC, FACC, FASE, FAHA is Professor of Medicine at Dalhousie University and Co-Director of the Women’s Heart Health Clinic at the Maritime Heart Center in Halifax, NS, Canada, and Professor Emeritus and Past-Director of the Women’s Heart Clinic at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, USA. She is a board-certified noninvasive cardiologist specializing in echocardiography and women’s cardiovascular care, and received her Doctor of Medicine from University of Ottawa, Canada, interned at Dalhousie University in Halifax, then completed her residency at Boston University, Boston MA, USA, followed by cardiology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, USA.
