Biography
Hadil is a passionate advocate for women’s health, public awareness, and health system advancement. As a daughter who witnessed her mother fight cancer for years, she’s had a close lived experience to patient journeys during the whole process.
Over the past few years prior to coming to Canada, she has been a member of Employee Engagement Committee which goal was to develop a framework for her organization to encourage employees to adhere to a healthy lifestyle through a program called Step into Health highlighting three main pillars: regular activity, mental wellbeing and nutritious lifestyle.
Hadil is a graduate from HEC Paris with an Executive Specialized Master in Strategic Business Unit Management and is a Level I certified trainer from The Institute of Leadership & Management. She has also been a member of Toastmasters, a platform for leadership and public speaking that helped her improve communication and influence skills, and has been on a Training Committee in her former organization delivering internal staff workshops.
In her current role as Specialist, Research Operations at Heart and Stroke, she manages the research operations component of the annual research cycle and work plan. Hadil is responsible for the annual workflow, team and deliverables related to grants administration, the electronic grants management system, business analysis and research information management.
Hadil’s current work revolves around fostering Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Her recent involvement in the CWHHS 2023 boosted her interest in health promotion and motivated her to join the Alliance to help drive positive change in every woman’s life.
